Toutche Electric is an Electric Mobility venture, based in Bangalore & Mysore, incorporated in Feb 2018. The venture itself began its journey in 2015 when the founding team of Raghu K (Graduate from IIM Bangalore & NIT Warangal) and Mahesh H.S. (Engineering Graduate from Mysore) started putting the foundational blocks together.

The Heileo bikes have been fully designed in-house in India and 100% assembled out of Toutche’s unit in Mysore. Toutche has its Technology unit in Bangalore, where it carries out cutting edge work around electric transmission, battery technology and on-board electronics.
Toutche has a dealer network of premium bicycle stores across 6 cities in India, and it continues to scale. It has an authorised service network across 18 cities in India offering after sales service and support for its products.
